Why I Train, and Why I Care

How It Started

My passion for fitness began in secondary school when I realised I was less fit than my peers. Driven to close the gap, I started with simple bodyweight exercises like press-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Staying consistent was tough — I expected instant results and often felt frustrated. But over time, I learned progress comes slowly, one session at a time. 

Lessons Learned

The biggest challenge wasn’t just motivation but overcoming self-doubt. I used to compare myself to others until I shifted my mindset to measure progress against my past self instead. Fitness has transformed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. It gives me the strength for the sports I love, helps me manage stress, and lifts my mood when I need it most.

My Mission Today

 What I’m proudest of is my consistency — staying dedicated for over a decade, earning my fitness qualifications, and helping others do the same. My mission is simple: help people leave every session feeling better than when they arrived. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where anyone can build lasting change through fitness and community.

 The training approach at PrimeFormClub is simple: fitness should be sustainable, inclusive, and enjoyable. We believe in meeting each person at their current level and helping them build confidence through steady, consistent progress.


Our focus is on proper form, gradual progression, and celebrating every milestone - however small. Every session is designed to challenge you safely, motivate you, and leave you feeling stronger in both body and mind.

Credentials and experience

My Training Credentials

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing, supported by several years of experience delivering structured fitness sessions and one-to-one client training. My expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Functional Fitness, and Spin classes.

Commitment to Qualified Coaching

All future instructors at Prime Form Club will also be required to hold, at minimum, a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing, ensuring a consistent standard of professionalism and expertise across our team.

 PrimeFormClub currently offers a comprehensive selection of fitness classes and specialised bootcamps, including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Spin (Cycling), Low-Intensity Steady-State (LISS) cardio, and Strength Training.


 All classes are open to individuals of every fitness level, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.


Classes may be held either in-person at partnered venues or delivered online. Please refer to the class descriptions for specific details regarding location and format.


To join a virtual class, please follow these steps:

  1. Book Your Slot Purchase an available slot for your chosen class via our booking system.
  2. Confirmation Email Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link and relevant class details.
  3. Join the Session Use the provided Zoom link to join the class at the scheduled date and time.


Service pricing may vary depending on a range of factors, including class type, duration, format, and location.


Yes, a free trial is offered to new members upon registration for a class of their choice.


Participants are required to cancel their booking at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee.


In general, participants are expected to bring only a water bottle, and optionally a yoga mat for added comfort. However, requirements may vary depending on the specific class. We recommend reviewing the class description carefully to determine what items, if any, are necessary to bring.


Class durations typically range from 45 to 60 minutes, with all sessions kept within a maximum of one hour. For precise timing, please refer to the details provided in the description of your selected class.


Class sizes typically consist of 8 to 10 participants, ensuring a focused and engaging experience. However, for special events such as bootcamps or one-off fitness sessions, class sizes may vary. Please refer to the event details for specific information.


In most cases, noticeable results can be expected within approximately 4 weeks. However, it is important to recognise that individual progress may vary due to a range of factors, including consistency, lifestyle habits, and personal fitness goals.


We provide practical and accessible nutritional guidance across our social media platforms. However, as we are not qualified nutritionists, we kindly advise that any recommendations be followed at your own discretion.
